Regular Attendee Registration Fees

Early On or before July 13	$895
Regular Between July 14 and September 21	$995
Onsite October 1 through 4	$1,100

Discounted Attendee Registration Fees

Speaker On or before July 13	$650
Exhibitor Up to two per booth	$650
Federal Employee	$650
Group 10 or more people from the same company or organization	$650
Student With valid student ID	$100

How to register using a discounted rate:

Speakers will receive a link to register at the discounted rate in their confirmation email.

Exhibitors will be sent instructions on registering at a discounted rate once registration opens.

Technology and Services Fair Tickets

Individual Technology and Services Fair Ticket Purchased onsite	$100
Package of 20 Technology and Services Fair Tickets Purchased in advance of the conference	$1,000 for the first package ($50 per ticket)
	$895 for the second package ($44.75 per ticket)
Save $50 or more per ticket by purchasing them in packages!

 

What's Included With Your Conference Registration

General Registration
(All registrations except One Day Registrations and Technology and Services Fair Tickets)

• Continental breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshments each day of the event.
• Admission to the Opening Plenary Session, featuring the keynote presentation.
• Admission to all Technical Sessions, Poster Presentations, Symposia, Morning Roundtable Discussions, and Tool-Torials.
• Admission to the Technology and Services Fair, Technology Demonstrations, and Tuesday Evening Reception in the exhibit hall.
• Admission to the Labs21 Luncheon and presentation of the fourth annual Go Beyond Awards.
  
  

One Day Registration

One day registrants are entitled to the general registration benefits listed above, but only those that apply to the day for which they've registered.

Technology and Services Fair Tickets

(Good for Tuesday, October 2 and Wednesday, October 3)

• Lunch each day of the event.
• Admission to the Technology and Services Fair and Technology Demonstrations.
• Admission to the Tuesday Evening Reception in the exhibit hall, including refreshments.

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel your conference registration, contact I²SL as soon as possible at <labs21@i2sl.org> or 703-841-5484.

  • You may transfer your registration to another person at any time before the conference by notifying I²SL.
  • Alternatively, you may request a conference registration fee refund through Friday, August 31, 2012. If you cancel your registration after this date, you must either transfer your registration to another person or forfeit your registration fee.
