What's Included With Your Conference Registration
Conference registration includes the following:
- Continental breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshments each day of the event.
- Admission to the Opening Plenary Session, featuring keynote presentations by Dr. Kerri-Ann Jones, Assistant Secretary of State, and Dr. Jonathan Trent, Senior Scientist at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Ames Research Center
- Admission to all technical sessions, poster presentations, symposia, and roundtable discussions.
- Admission to the Technology and Services Fair.
- An evening reception in the exhibit hall that will showcase the 2010 Technology and Services Fair.
- Admission to the Labs21 Luncheon and presentation of the third annual Go Beyond Awards.
Hotel Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for paying for hotel accommodations and all other meals. Currently, a block of rooms is being held at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque for conference participants.

- If you are staying after the conference, sign up for a post-conference sightseeing tour.
- New for 2010: Complete and submit your conference registration form, then return later to add a pre-conference training session or offsite tour at a later date, without needing to re-enter all of your information!
Group Registration
A discounted registration rate is available for groups of 15 or more. Each group of 15 or more must be pre-established and have one designated "coordinator." The coordinator for each group of 15 or more should contact I2SL before registering him/herself or any of the group members. Any members of the group that have already registered will not be included in the count of 15 and are not eligible for the discount retroactively.
Attention Students!
I2SL is offering full-time students a discounted conference registration fee of $100, plus registration discounts on pre-conference training sessions. Students will be contacted for proof of their full-time enrollment status in order to verify eligibility. Student registration does not include admission to pre-conference training sessions or tours.
