Exhibit Hall Schedule

The Technology and Services Fair will be open from:

  • 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2
  • 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3

Special focus will be on the exhibit hall during the exhibitor showcases taking place from 10:30 to 1:30 p.m. on both days, as well as during the Evening Reception from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2.

To maximize exhibitors' face-time with potential customers, the exhibit hall will remain open during technical sessions and breaks on both days. Exhibitors may staff their booths during these times; however, they are also welcome to attend the technical sessions, which can provide invaluable information and networking opportunities outside of the exhibit hall.

Technology and Services Fair tickets may be purchased onsite for $100 each.

Before the conference, exhibitors and others can purchase additional Technology and Services Fair tickets in packages of 20 tickets by contacting I2SL. Exhibitor Presentation Opportunities

Sustainable Equipment Sessions

Sustainable Equipment Sessions will be offered as part of the conference technical program. These sessions, presented by exhibitors, provide technical information on how laboratory equipment and systems reduce energy and water consumption, improve environmental performance, and enhance overall building management, while also meeting the requirements of the users.

Take a look at the topics and speakers for the first and second Sustainable Equipment Sessions.

Technology Demonstrations

Following two successful years of Technology Demonstrations in 2010 and 2011, select exhibitors once again have the chance to present Technology Demonstrations―educational presentations that feature an exhibitor's equipment―during this year's Technology and Services Fair.

These demonstrations give attendees the chance to see how various industry tests and procedures are performed. The demonstrations also give vendors the opportunity to showcase their sustainable technology by featuring their product in action. The Technology Demonstrations will occur mid-day Tuesday and Wednesday in the exhibit hall.

Exhibitors interested in presenting a Technology Demonstration should contact I2SL.
